The Carlton Moballise Physiotherapy Clinic is based within the brilliant Carlton Forum Leisure Centre facility in the heart of Carlton. Working in partnership with Carlton Forum, this clinic offers full Physiotherapy, Injury Rehabilitation and Massage Therapy services.

There are a team of professional staff on-site who work closely with The Moballise Team to deliver the best treatments possible. Carlton Forum is a well established facility based in the heart of this large suburb  to the east of Nottingham.

Carlton Forum Leisure Centre has a reception area, toilets, changing and shower facilities, gym, sports hall, fitness studios, two swimming pools (a 25 metre pool and a 12 metre learner pool), health suite (with sauna, steam room and relaxation area) and outdoor football pitch.

There are disabled facilities throughout including lift access to all areas. If you are driving for your session with us, you can benefit from FREE on-site parking.
