Doing them with it is much more comfortable, though. Thinner mats will provide increased stability for your technique, although they will offer a reduced comfort level. Whilst a thicker mat will feel more comfortable, it will provide less stability for your mobility exercises. Your mobility mat is 6mm thick and will easily cushion the hard floor and make it considerably more comfortable for your <a href=\"https:\/\/moballise.com\/shop\/knee-pain\/\">knees<\/a>, wrists, and feet. The surface of your mobility mat is also textured and non-slip on both sides. This gives it brilliant adhesion to the surface on which it will rest, resulting in less movement and wrinkling of your mat when you move. It also means that you are less likely to slip accidentally when you are moving between exercises.
