Massage Therapy can be an enormously important treatment modality to assist you in regaining your mobility, your time, your life.

From the moment you leave your bed on waking, to the moment you lay back down to sleep, your muscles are constantly working.Every time your muscles work to move your joints, keep you standing or sitting still they are tightening up on a microscopic level. This tightness eventually accumulates and begins to affect your mobility.

Our intention is always to enable you to take care of your own mobility independently. We want to help you to care for your body brilliantly, long after your treatment has ended.

You may prefer weekly, bi-weekly or monthly Massage Therapy treatment sessions. Whatever you prefer, our aim is for you to become independent between treatments. We are on your side. We will teach you how to care for your body in ways that ensure continual, lifelong mobility.

Increase blood circulation, bringing more oxygen and nutrients into the muscle, thereby reducing muscle fatigue and soreness
Promote rapid removal of toxins and waste products from the muscle
Continually monitor your progress to ensure successful recovery of mobility and ease of movement is achieved
Improve circulation by mechanically assisting the venous flow of blood back to the heart
Reduce oedema (excess fluid and swelling in the tissues) by increasing lymphatic drainage and the removal of waste from the system
